Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 18, 2026

Dual Messenger - 2 Accounts ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") is an independent utility designed to provide users with a convenient way to manage separate account spaces on their device.

Privacy is an important part of our product design. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when features such as advertising, analytics, diagnostics, or iCloud services are available and used.

1. Information Collection

The App does not require users to create an account with us.

We do not intentionally collect personal identifiers such as:

• Name

• Phone number

• Contact lists

• Private conversations

• Personal media

• Location information

• Passwords or authentication codes

Depending on the features enabled, limited technical or device-related information may be processed by third-party services used for advertising, analytics, diagnostics, or other app functionality.

2. Locally Managed Information & iCloud

Information or files selected by the user may be processed locally on the device to provide the App's features.

If iCloud functionality is available and enabled by the user:

• Supported app data may be stored in the user's iCloud account

• iCloud data is handled through Apple's iCloud services

• The developer does not directly access the user's private iCloud storage

• Users can manage iCloud settings through their Apple device settings

Users may disable available iCloud functionality through the applicable device settings or App controls.

3. Advertising Services

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.

Depending on the advertising configuration and user permissions, advertising providers may process limited information such as:

• Device type

• Operating-system version

• App version

• Advertising identifier, where permitted

• Advertising and interaction information

Where required, the App uses Apple's AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework to request permission before accessing information used for tracking.

Users can manage tracking permission through:

iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

If tracking permission is denied, advertising may be less personalized.

4. Analytics & App Performance

The App may use analytics or diagnostic services to help understand app performance, crashes, and stability.

Information processed by these services may include:

• App version

• Device type

• Operating-system version

• Crash information

• Performance information

• App interaction or usage events, where applicable

Analytics and diagnostic information is used to improve app performance and reliability.

Users can manage Apple's analytics and diagnostics settings through:

iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements

5. Data Sharing

Depending on the features enabled, limited information may be processed by service providers that support:

• Advertising

• Analytics

• Crash reporting and diagnostics

• Apple's platform and iCloud services

We do not sell users' personal information.

The App does not provide advertising or analytics providers with access to private content managed within the App.

6. Permissions

Depending on the features used, the App may request access to certain device capabilities, including:

• Files and documents

• Network access

• Tracking permission

• iCloud services

• Other permissions required for specific features

Permissions are requested only when required for the relevant functionality.

Users can review and manage available permissions through iOS settings.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App.

Information processed locally remains under the user's control on their device, subject to the device's operating system and security features.

For information stored through Apple's iCloud services, Apple's applicable security and privacy practices apply.

We do not intentionally access or analyze private user content for advertising or analytics purposes.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. User Choices and Control

Users can manage available privacy choices by:

• Managing AppTrackingTransparency permission

• Managing advertising and tracking settings

• Managing available iCloud functionality

• Deleting locally stored files or information

• Managing app permissions through iOS settings

• Uninstalling the App to remove locally stored application data, subject to iOS and iCloud behavior

Users should save any information they wish to retain before deleting the App.

10. Independent Application Disclaimer

Dual Messenger - 2 Accounts is an independent application.

It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with any third-party messaging services, platforms, or brands.

The App does not claim to be an official application of any third-party service.

Any third-party service accessed or used by a user remains subject to that service's applicable terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

All third-party names, trademarks, and service marks belong to their respective owners.

11. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as the App, its features, or applicable requirements change.
